KEMSA requests nominations for its annual awards. Anyone is allowed to make nominations unless otherwise noted. A committee selected by the KEMSA Board of Directors will select winning entries. All awards are Kansas Only unless noted that the winner will be forwarded to the National EMT Association (NAEMT) for consideration in NAEMT Award selection.
All award nominations for 2012 must be submitted electronically by July 6, 2012 using the forms on this website.
Changes made in 2011 - going forward:
- Award forms are available all year, except the month before the annual conference due to allowing time for winner selection.
- Incentive: All nominators will be placed in a drawing for one of two free annual conference registrations to be given away. Winners will be notified after the nomination deadline of July 6, 2012.
All Kansas award winners will be honored at the KEMSA annual meeting and Awards Banquet in Wichita, Kansas on August 11, 2012 in conjunction with the KEMSA “Last Blast of Summer" conference.
